If you enjoyed yesterday's kids craft, this fish one is even more fun! Remember that I always use tools to help with my projects, but all the cuts and folds here can be done by hand.
TOOLS & MATERIALS:
Card stock (at least two colours per fish)We R Memory Keepers trim and score board2 3/8" flower punch (Recollections at Michaels)2 1/2" circle punchAd Tech's permanent crafter's tapeScissors1" heart punch20 mm googly eyes
DIRECTIONS (FOR ONE FISH):
Cut card stock to 2 1/2" x 8 1/2" for the body. Score it lengthwise at every 1/2".
Use the flower punch to make the fins in a contrasting colour and attach as shown with the crafter's tape. The face of the fish is made by attaching a half circle made with the circle punch. Round the corners of the fish with scissors.
Make the mouth using the heart punch. Attach it to the face with the eye.
Total project time: about 20 minutes for three fish.
